Waberer’s IPO
Citigate Dewe Rogerson provided strategic communications advice and implementation for Waberer’s, one of Europe’s leading road freight transport and logistics companies, during its recent IPO. CDR was appointed by the company earlier this year to support the Offering, which was completed in June.
The communications programme focused on the company’s growth strategy and its ambition to consolidate the Central European road freight industry, beginning with an acquisition in Poland. The Offering was the largest by a Hungarian company in almost 20 years and follows CDR’s other IPO projects in 2017, including AIB in Ireland and Play Communications in Poland.
David Westover and Sandra Novakov led the team out of London, with support from Michael Russell and Isabelle Andrews.
