Toby has been with Citigate Dewe Rogerson for over twenty years and provides clients with senior consultancy and support across the financial and corporate communications spectrum including on-going media relations, share offerings, M&A, crisis communications and restructurings.
He has advised governments, listed and non-listed organisations, has helped many non-UK companies with their pan-European and London market communications, and has worked on over 50 UK and / or international transactions. His wide-ranging client experience includes advising the UK government (from the privatisations of the 1990s to the Royal Mail Group IPO in 2013), Macquarie, the Qatar Investment Authority, SNCF, Go-Ahead Group, Investec, the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation and Liberty Global.
