Michael Berkeley
Michael Berkeley joined Citigate Dewe Rogerson in 2001 after 15 years in investment banking. A year later he was appointed Head of CDR’s Investor Relations practice and joined the Board. He has focused principally on Investor Relations and Financial PR consultancy projects, particularly IPOs, cross-border M&A, shareholder activism and litigation support.
Michael became non-executive director of Citigate Dewe Rogerson in October 2014, stepping back from day-to-day management whilst continuing to offer consultancy services to the Board and to selected clients.
As a banker Michael worked in debt and equity capital markets and international corporate finance. He graduated in Classics from Cambridge University and has an MBA from SDA Bocconi in Milan. He is also a non-executive director of ISDX, the London-based stock market focused on small and medium-sized growth companies.
