Kevin Smith
Kevin has been an adviser on financial and corporate communications issues for more than twenty years. Joining Citigate Dewe Rogerson in 2006, he has advised a wide range of public and private companies on corporate communications and special projects including M&A, IPOs, restructurings, shareholder activism, crisis management and litigation. He has worked both in the UK and internationally, and has built a particular expertise in the consumer industries and support services sectors.
Clients have included Blacks Leisure Group, Carpetright, G4S, Guinness Peat Group, HSS Hire, Ibstock, Morrisons, Nike, Persimmon, SThree, and Topps Tiles.
He is a graduate in Industrial Economics.
