Jos Bieneman
Jos has over 7 year’s financial communications consultancy, media strategy, crisis and issues handling experience for both private and public companies. Jos joined CDR in 2010 and since joining has worked across a range of retained financial and corporate clients including the London Stock Exchange Group, John Lewis Partnership, Persimmon, UBM and Warburg Pincus, as well as insurers esure and Aspen.
Since joining CDR Jos has been part of the team for over 15 IPOs including the privatisation of the Royal Mail and ABN Amro on the Amsterdam Euronext, the successful listing of UK insurer esure and GAME Digital. Jos’s transaction experience includes M&A across borders and sectors, including telecoms, property, financial services and retail. Jos has also been on the teams of a number of notable restructurings including acting for the first lien in eircom’s examinership, as well as the restructuring of BTA Bank.
