Citigate appointed for MegaFon IPO
MegaFon, one of Russia’s major mobile operators, has brought in Citigate Dewe Rogerson to manage communications around its expected IPO, due to be one of the largest in Europe this year. A leader in the fast growing mobile data sector, MegaFon’s major shareholders are Telecominvest, a Russian investment group, and TeliaSonera, the Nordic telecoms operator.
