Citigate Dewe Rogerson handles RM2 float
The fast growing pallet manufacturer RM2 has hired Citigate Dewe Rogerson to advise on its AIM float.
RM2 hopes to raise £137.2m which would value the company at £278m and make it the biggest AIM float of the year. RM2, which was founded by former banker John Walsh in 2007 and includes corporate heavyweights Paul Walsh, ex Diageo CEO, and Sir Stuart Rose, former M&S chairman, on its board, plans to use the capital to increase its production capacity for its glass fibre and resin pallets which it hopes can grab a major share of the international pallet market.
The account team at Citigate is being headed by executive director Simon Rigby with directors Kevin Smith and Lindsay Noton
