Sandra Novakov, Director in Citigate Dewe Rogerson’s Investor Relations practice, presented the case for greater investor engagement at the 7th annual Leading Edge Investor Relations conference held in Moscow on 23 October 2013.
Covering the rationale for greater engagement from both the company’s and the investors’ perspective, she outlined the key tools Investor Relations Officers are currently using to increase engagement levels – including greater disclosure and a more proactive programme of IR activities – and explained the key criteria used to measure progress.
