Citigate Dewe Rogerson advising on Romgaz IPO
Citigate Dewe Rogerson has been appointed to act on the IPO and London Stock Exchange listing of Romgaz, the largest gas producer and supplier in Romania.
The IPO is the first Romanian privatisation to be listed in London. It adds to CDR’s long record in privatisation projects, including the Royal Mail IPO in the UK and previous projects in Romania and across Central and Eastern Europe.
The CDR team comprises David Westover, Andrew Hey, Sandra Novakov and Priscilla Garcia.
