Citigate Dewe Rogerson advises on TBC Bank IPO
Citigate Dewe Rogerson has completed the IPO and London Stock Exchange listing of TBC Bank, the leading bank in Georgia by value of retail deposits.
The IPO is the largest ever offering by a Georgian company, valuing the bank at around $640 million. The Offering adds to CDR’s record in CEE and MENA IPOs, which this year has also included the $888 million MPHC Offering in Qatar.
The CDR team comprised David Westover, Grant Ringshaw, Sandra Novakov and Eleni Menikou.
Founded in 1992, TBC Bank is a Georgian universal bank with USD 420 million in equity and USD 2.6 billion in assets. TBC serves circa. 1 million customers in its four business segments: corporate, retail, SME and micro (through its subsidiary Bank Constanta).
